The membership fee allows for a closer patient-provider relationship. This includes rapid access to physician services via phone and email, same and next day appointments, and an executive physical annually. This fee enables Dr. Chen and Dr. White to limit the number of patients in the practice, so time can be maximized with each patient to provide comprehensive, personalized care. This type of care has been shown to lead to happier patients and happier doctors through better health outcomes and better patient experiences. The fee can be paid on a quarterly or annual schedule. 

You can cancel your membership at any time. The contract ends at the close of the specified contract month.

Only when your doctor is not available (when your doctor is off, on vacation, not not available)

Yes.  If you need attention after hours, Dr. White and Dr. Chen are typically available by phone or text.  If it is something that cannot be handled over the phone, we can assess what care is needed urgently and see you in the office if appropriate.
